Sauvignon Blanc 2014
Our 2014 Sauvignon Blanc is made from fruit from the Flanigan vineyard at Myrrhee, altitude 430 metres. The fruit is picked in the cool of the night and destemmed and pressed by dawn.
The Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a range of passion fruit and tropical fruit flavours. It is a pale bright wine with tropical flavours and zingy citrus freshness. This gives the wine a lingering finish.
It is an ideal wine with antipasto, fish, smoked salmon, pasta, chicken and salads.
The grapes for this sensational white wine are sourced from Upper Fifteen Mile creek, in northeast Victoria, altitude 430 metres.
The cool climate contributes to the light citrus juiciness of this 2014 Semillon.
Match Semillon with seafood, summer salads, roast chicken, vegetarian cuisine.
Fiano Garganega 2014
A medium bodied dry white wine which blends the strong flavours of Fiano, ( a grape variety grown in the hills around Naples) and Garganega, (a grape variety grown extensively around Venice and the major grape variety in Soave). The grapes were hand picked and blended to make a medium bodied wine with lingering flavours of peach, citrus and tropical fruits. The finish also has a touch of honey and pine nuts. An ideal match with poultry, fish, pasta, pork or vegetarian cuisine. It is great wine with a terrine, an antipasto platter or a Caesar salad.
